Voice and Vote Exhibition - Summer 2018

Parliament commemorated the centenary through a major public exhibition in the summer of 2018 at Westminster Hall, ‘Voice and Vote: Women’s Place in Parliament’.The exhibition covered 200 years of the campaign for votes for women and also the representation of women in the House of Commons and House of Lords.

A press statement issued by Parliament earlier in 2018, detailed the loan by the family of Alice’s suffragette memorabilia to the exhibition and marks it as the ‘star’ item on display and of national heritage standard.
